Refund Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at kysalohashirts@gmail.com with your order number.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

NOTE: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final for the following categories:

  • Items in white color (white is easily affected during try-on)
  • Fabric
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance sale items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items in these categories.

If you’re unsure about an item, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please place a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
